All subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis and automatically renew on the same date each month unless canceled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team at least 72 hours before your next billing date.

If you cancel before the billing cutoff (72 hours prior), you will not be charged for the upcoming month.
If you cancel after the cutoff, your subscription will continue for one final billing cycle, and you will receive that month’s box.

We do not offer refunds for charges that have already been processed. Once a box has been shipped, it is non-refundable.
